Isaac Fernandez Sanvisens (IFS) _ Journalist and wine writer born in Barcelona (1975) and based in Toronto since 2011. Throughout a career spanning over 15 years as a freelancer, he has
collaborated in numerous media newspapers and magazines, television, internet
