They work with the grapes of the traditional varieties of the zone –neighbor of the world acclaimed Priorat-, Garnatxa and Samsó (Catalan name for Carignan) to make this essentially fruity Cims del Montsant 2010. It is an intense and direct wine, a perfect partner for spring BBQ’s as well as poultry, pasta or some cheeses.
