Based in the heart of Penedes region, Cavas Naveran cultivates a beautiful estate of about 250 acres located around the small and historical chapel of Sant Martí Sadevesa (11^th century). There, they grow a wide range of white and red varieties for using them into a no less wide range of sparkling and table wines. Pinot Noir for Perles Roses is harvested manually, using small boxes. This subtle sparkling Cava is made following the traditional method, with a minimum ageing of two years in the bottle.
