Floralis is the current version of one of the most classical Spanish Mediterranean wines, muscatel. It is a dessert wine, ideally served to match with dry fruits or sweets, as well as blue cheeses or even foie. It offers a high sugar level of 198 g/L, but you cannot feel it on the palate thanks to its balanced character. It is vinified as a natural sweet wine, it means that vinic alcohol is added at the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation to stop it and keep the natural sugar of the fruit in the resulting wine.
