Based
in the town of Calatayud, quiet far from the traditional Cava country of
Catalonia, the team of Bodegas Langa manages to produce an intense sparkling
wine. They use just the first flower must of both Chardonnay and Macabeo to
elaborate this Reyes de Aragón Brut Reserva. Following the traditional method,
it reposes in the bottle for 15 months with the yeasts. Even it is a dry wine,
you can find a hint of sweetness, due to the 6-7 gr./L of reductive sugar that
it has.
